HealthTasks System
The HealthTasks system allows doctors and care providers to provide better continuum of care and track patient evolution. Providers use a desktop application to assign prescriptions "tasks" to patients, which appear in patient's mobile device as an agenda style application. Additionally, the provider's desktop application presents a dashboard where patients are prioritized according to the progress of their condition. The dashboard allows doctors to follow up on their patients base in a fast and efficient manner.
The mobile application is a tool for patients to see, follow up and log completion of instructions prescribed by physicians and other care providers.
The mobile application is available for Android and iOS.
